Depends on the item, and it's worth two minutes.

Files — permanent license. Download once, use forever, client work included. We host them until February 15, 2027, then they come off our servers and we can't re-send them.

Subscription trials — free for a stated period, then that creator's normal price unless you cancel. Each is labeled with both numbers.

Courses and hosted platforms — live in the creator's own system under their rules, which may run longer or shorter than our 180 days.

Yes, all of them. Every subscription item requires a payment method with that creator before free access starts. That's how they run trials; it isn't something we control or benefit from.

If that's not for you, skip them. They're optional and the rest of the bundle is unaffected.

For most items, whenever you like — including the day you sign up. You keep your full free access either way. (Gamut and Anni Graham are this kind: cancel on day one and you still get the full duration)

A few offers are structured as several $0 monthly charges instead. On those, cancelling early ends your free access at the current month and forfeits the rest — so stay subscribed until the last $0 charge, then cancel. Any item like that is labeled.

If a label is unclear, ask that creator before activating. Once you've cancelled early there's usually no getting the remaining months back.

Only if you activate a subscription and don't cancel before the free period ends. Each item shows its price after conversion. Gamut's FCP Plugin s $19/month after 90 days. Anni Graham's Club is $295/mo after the first month.

Set a calendar reminder when you activate. We can't remind you: we never learn when you activated or when your renewal lands.

No. We charge you once, for the bundle, that's the only money that reaches us. Subscription charges go to that creator, so we can't cancel, stop, or refund them. Cancel in that creator's account settings.

If a creator is hard to reach or their cancellation is broken, tell us anyway at hello@weddingcreatorbundle.com. We can't cancel for you, but we'll chase them. We picked these partners and how they treat you reflects on us.

You lose that item. We can't extend a creator's deadline, reopen a window, or substitute something else, and because the bundle is one price for the whole collection, there's no partial refund for an unclaimed item.

That's why we send reminders before the deadline rather than sympathy after.

No. The bundle is priced as a single product, not a menu. No portion of the price is allocated to any item, so there's nothing to refund against. You can read Section 4 of our terms.
